Answer: This may be a bug in the WIN32 help or in Windows 95. This step will indeed increase the size of an Edit control under WIN NT. MSDN articles state outright that it works for NT ( and it succeeds in test cases ) but there is no explicit MSDN reference stating this should work for Windows 95.
