Also, can I open an existing project from Delphi 2 in Delphi 3? Answer: Yes. The TReport component is included in Delphi 3, but by default it is not included on the palette. If you wish to use the TReport component to create a new project you need to make it available for use on the palette. To do this choose Component | Configure Palette and move the TReport component from [Hidden] to a visible Palette (ie QReport). NOTE: Delphi 3 does not ship with ReportSmith. You will need to install ReportSmith from your Delphi 2 CD. NOTE: report.dcu and rsconsts.dcu are not in the search path by default.
