Delphi seems to run fine after the install and reboot. Answer: If the install continues and everything seems to work fine, then it can be ignored (the error happens during installation cleanup). Otherwise, it's much more serious and there's no easy solution. Try uninstalling the product via the control panel's "Add/Remove applications" applet.
