How can I make a Header repeat on each page?

Answer:

One way of doing this is to create a Global Page in the Rave Visual Designer, drop a Section component on the page and then put whatever you would like in your header into the Section component. Then, on each of your pages, drop a Section component and set it's Mirror property to the Global Page's Section component.
