Можно как-то вывести текст в окошко по вертикали ? НЕ НАКЛОНЯЯ при этом самих
символов в строке , как это получается в коде из MSDN:

Если у Вас C++Builder 6 то это делает и компонент TLabel
(получается многострочный TLabel)
