This error occurs if you install the Rave BE 5.08 update, subsequently uninstall Delphi 7, reinstall Delphi 7, and then start Delphi without applying the update. You can fix this by applying the update. If you do not want to install the Rave BE update, you can solve this by uninstalling Delphi, searching for and deleting Rave50VCLBE70.bpl and Rave50CLXBE70.bpl, and then reinstalling Delphi.
