(leading to people thinking that it's broke) OPENHELP: is used to Expand the range of your context sensiteve search from the ide. IE: when you press F1 while a command is highlited Beyond that Borland uses the standard Microsoft help system. The help contents for any given help file are listed in the .toc file.
