How do I convert a 16 bit res file to a 32 bit res file?
Answer:
Use Borland's Resource Workshop 5.0 resource editor to decompile the
16 bit .res file to a .rc file. Once you have a .rc file, you can
add it tou your 32 bit project.
Note:
The Resource Workshop 5.0 can compile and decompile both 16 and
32 bit resources from .rc, .res, .exe, .dll,.drv, .vbx, .cpl,
.ico,. bmp, .rle, .dlg, fnt, and cur files.
