Answer: Using REGEDIT.EXE (which should be in your Windows directory), Check for the presence of the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Borland\C++Builder\3.0\Experts There should be a Conexprt entry, and it should point to CONEXPRT.DLL that is found in your CBUILDER3\BIN directory.
