Then, when I tried to run my previous installation of Delphi4/Cbuilder3/SQL Explorer I had the same problem -- it started up with Runtime Error 216, and then it hung. Answer: Try installing all the patches for Delphi4/CBuilder 3 (depending on which version you previously had installed). If you don't have a previous installation of Builder or Delphi, call up our lines or post to our newsgroups for more information.
