Answer:

The following instructions can be used to create a shortcut to start Turbo C++ 3.0 for DOS. They are specific to Windows 95, but can be easily generalized to apply to Windows 98, NT 4, and 2000.

• Start | Settings | Taskbar
• Choose the Start Menu Programs tab, click on the Add button
• Type: c:\tc\bin\tc.exe [Enter]
• Continue using the defaults. Next --> Next --> Finish --> OK
• Start TC3 by going to: Start | Programs | Turbo C++ IDE
