Answer: While the default form size is hard coded in the IDE, you can simply create a form to your liking, and save the form template in the repository for future reuse. To add a form to the repository, create your new form and save it to a directory (usually to the Objrepos directory located in the Delphi or CBuilder directory), then right click on the form and choose "Add to repository".
