How come when I uninstall either one of them IDCO400.DLL and IDCO400.CFG are deleted? Answer: These files are not marked as shared DLLs in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\CurrentVersion\SharedDlls so they are deleted during uninstall. You can either add the keys in the registry to make them be not be deleted, or make make backups before unstall.
